The type of information needed depends on if the building is being constructed in the future or if the building already exists.

There may be requirements to cover the trash service depending on the town.My first commercial loan was 30% down, 20 year term (adjusting after the first 5 years). 

The one you select really depends on your needs and bookkeepers preference.  

Equity pay down is ~$200/month for each $100k borrowed depending on rate you get.  

Also, it depends on what area of the country you're talking about.

2) Subsidizing rents:- S8 and other programs statisitically only train tenants how to be dependent on the free handouts.If you really want to make a difference, try basic financial education for tenants and the financial demographic they come from!

So if you go buy a home for yourself you won't be able to do this until the 2 or 4 years is up depending on the loan you use. 

You’ll want to check if your specific work falls under their home improvement contractor licensing, or if there are additional local permits required depending on the county.
