She is also asking for money to pay for the landscaping she did (that she did not ask permission for) because she cannot dig up her flowers and get her landscaping timber in the winter.

For a finishing touch, we added flower boxes!

Tenant agrees that all improvements installed in and on the Premises, including landscaping (bushes, shrubs, ground cover, trees, and flowers) shall, at the option of Owner remain with the Premises upon termination of the Lease at no cost to Owner .

Would rent out just the trailer for events where they could provide their own Kegs to tap in our trailer and it is refrigerated for storage of event food/flowers.

I have verbally told them they can plant flowers and such in the mulch area in the backyard as I want them to enjoy the space. 

I would then add flower boxes in front of the downstairs windows.

In the progress of weeding/ harvesting equity from duplexes which are good- but not great cash flowers.

Fresh plants and flowers and attractive displayers can be shockingly expensive and if they want that level of attractiveness they need to pay for thatI’m sure others have better insight but hopefully that’s somewhat helpful
