I think I'm going to get my realtor license in some of these states I do the most buying/selling in so that I can turn some of the leads I get into revenue from the people who want to sell but just not at my low offer numbers. 

@William Johnny If you want to get into real estate, you mostlikely need to be earning $100k plus, yoi should get your real estate license and start aprenticing under a seasoned investor.

When we were done at the notary and finished the purchase, we were able to obtain the license and start the works (it was a big commercial old furniture shop where we created 14 tourist apartments). 

These transactions don't included additional expenses the business incurs like meals, travel, dues, subscriptions, marketing, accounting, licenses, phone, internet, etc.

Ultimately they sell Salesforce licenses, and if what they demo is what you need, and you can afford the setup and monthly cost, they are the right CRM for you. 

Hello, I just got my license about 3 months ago. 

Out of state investor looking to connect and build a team in Ohio with broker/agents, licensed general contractors, wholesalers, insurance brokers/agents, lenders, property managers, and more.

Question: Should I pursue my real estate license?

You are either licensed by states requiring a license or you’re not.

Just a final thought I'm not sure actually fits in here but wanted to say: I have my real estate license.
