Unfortunately, Disney decided to play the Social Justice Warrior game.

Do note that HUD and the Department of Justice issued a memo (maybe about a year ago) about whether you could use felonies as a means to screen tenants.

Something is telling me the before photos aren't doing it any justice.

Any future appreciation is just icing on the cake.

Besides the 3% there are other minimal fees you can tack on, but it absolutely does no justice in many cases.Good luck!

I feel so helpless we dont have a defined process to deal and get justice in these fraud cases.
