Interoperability (the ability for blockchains to interact with each other) is a problem that is rapidly being solved.

Not sure how much interaction you get with the DB at HomeSmart.

:) We are looking to use a system that will help us manage direct mail, cold calling, mapping, and acquisition activity.We’ve looked at CRM’s but are considering something more advanced / flexible such as Podio.For those of you who aren’t systemizing their cold call interactions, managing deal flow, and tracking communication— would you be interested in doing this to streamline your business?

Door knocking has by far yielded me more meaningful interactions than any other approach.

Personally, I enjoy the interaction with investors, the challenges that it comes with and I really enjoy seeing those big payouts to my investors. 

You can have only one showing, set the expectation for your seller not to be at the walk-through with the other potential buyers and they completely avoid that interaction.

Do you have experience renting remote vacation properties, and if so what is your experience and what are the key elements in your mind in making a great one. 

Most people renovating typically don't even interact with board members when renovating, you should be speaking with the management company about all this.
