As @Ellis San Jose points out, it makes sense when it fits the situation, however I wouldn't lead with any term that implied that I, as seller, am going to get something I don't want. 80% of the job is to immediately vet (weed out) unrealistic, unmotivated sellers before you've invested more than five (5) minutes time with them.

David,Here, if you were to setup bi-weekly payments (as opposed to semi-monthly) you would likely be deemed to be renting on a bi-weekly basis ... which would imply 2-weeks notice required and a maximum security deposit of one period (2-weeks) rent.
