I've vacationed in Madeira Beach, which was had a nice beach town - typical biking everywhere, ice cream shops, put-put; my cousins and I really enjoyed it when we were younger.I live in Jacksonville Beach now, which to me is one of my favorite places to live.

If a tenant is constantly complaining to you they are (in all likelihood) badmouthing your company to other tenants and associates; if you get a steady stream of complaints from neighbors about a particular tenant, you are seeing the tip of the ice burg, because the VAST majority won't complain, they'll non-renew.
