A LOC would help.

Immigrants help build homes, work in construction, and fill critical labor shortages.

Building on existing land helps eliminate the issue of land scarcity, which is a significant challenge due to California’s high real estate prices.

Maybe @John Bowens can offer some help as well.

Either way there are ways to account for that income within guidelines for a few different programs, but if it would be helpful to go through some of those to see if that might work feel free to reach out.
