Nothing on the planet gets me more excited than huge construction projects.

@Chiquita Mcgill   this is nothing more than a Nigerian type scamthink it through .. unless you personally have a ton of liquidity and experience there is no lender on the planet that is going to loan you 2.5 million regardless of rate.and there is no lender on the planet that gives out 2.5 mil dollar unsecured loans. 

That ties in very well with our efforts to be greener with low-flow fixtures and fluorescent light bulbs throughout the property.Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your pictures.

Indy is one of the best markets on the planet and we are very fortunate to live here during this time.As Mike mentioned, please stay away from duplexes - I've tried [several times] and they are just no fun at all [even though they look sooo sexy on paper].There a several local banks and credit unions that will refi without waiting 1 years.  

Every single piece of silicon on this planet is tested prior to it ending up in a F22 fighter, your car, Ipad or printer, and what I have seen in the past tech down turn was a distinct decline in orders prior to the over all market going down. 

@Andrew Buchan  why log cabins.. are you trying to store carbon for the planet ..

This in turn, makes people think twice before selling here and movinig on to greener pastures elsewhere. 

@Bob Malecki  listened to most of the pod cast then when it got to Only one foreclosure in 30 years and buying NPN... that one is pretty wild that's got to be the best record on the planet...

I hear and see constant success stories from people that get deals left and right.And in all honesty, I started this adventure to make money so I can fund my own robotics research and build exoskeletons that can actually make this forsaken planet a better place.
