I like this strategy because it's so flexible, and you only pay interest on the money you actually use.heloc's are a great tool as stated. although do keep in mind this is not fixed term financing.. they can be frozen and called at the lenders sole discretion.. and this happens if things get wonky in an area's real estate market.
