I am confident they are smoking in the apartment unit (quadplex), but do not have "evidence" of this.

While I am confident that we will all get through this together and come out stronger, we can still carefully conduct business and do real estate deals while we social distance and quarantine.

Very confident in running numbers and confirming a deal is worth it from acquisition to dispositionI also ran construction crews in Florida, Hawaii and now Ohio.

I feel super confident that there will be long term rent growth, even relative to inflation, but I feel less confident predicting it to the year.
