@Matt K. and Account Closed I was trying to say that the probate process as it pertained to this property spanned over many years because the heirs to the owner’s estate each lawyered-up and were fighting over the estate.

I do agree its an uphill battle, but if it is in the lease op has a fighting chance. as I am assuming its not in the lease, my post was geared more towards that conundrum.

I check it every night before bed - and again in the morning - and usually when I am in the middle of my personal transition time when I arrive home after work and fighting Atlanta traffic for over an hour.
