If you're getting a lot of traction with prospective but qualified tenants that would like to view the unit - let them know the time that the leasing/showing agent will be there so they can view the interior.If they're going to lease the property for you - one to half a months rent is fair compensation.

But what you pay extra for those lots doesn't justify the return in rents you're going to get.

Some things matter more than saving an extra $200/month because you chose to live in a market you didn't necessarily like.

It's easy to obtain, costs very little, and doesn't require extra, on-going effort to maintain.

We’ve also tried talking to the neighbors directly, but they don’t acknowledge the issue or make any effort to address it, on the contrary somtimes they are extra loud in spite. 

You can get a Delta flight through Air France often for half the miles…far outweighing the 15% discount for having their credit card.

With my mortgage eating half of my income, it sounds crazy to take a second one. 

Subject to zoning could be apartments, self storage on extra land, sell lots, etc. 

Helix is always offering a 20-30% discount on their website so it's not a full half off offer but it is still a significant. 

I suspect most of those folks will  be somewhat upside down if you take in all the interest they paid on half built homes and the cost to put those homes back into production.How are lot prices in Lehigh ??
