Just sharing my experiences as I continue to evolve as an investor and with so many ways to profit from real estate it all comes down to ones preference and style. 

I have spoken with larger companies like Evolve in the past, but really want to work with a smaller boutique operator.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Experts in the industry are still trying to figure all of this out so it will probably evolve over the coming few months.

My plan will likely evolve and look incredibly different years from now, but if I don't understand where I am going, what I am trying to achieve, I risk just treading water instead of moving toward my intentions.Hence asking the question about how you can grow your portfolio best with PNs.

1) Yes this is realistic2) Basically yes but it will change and evolve over time.

Many seem to inject different sciences to evolve into some logical process but take care not to mix principals of economics, finance and accounting, which is what I told my students teaching economics, accounting and finance in college years ago.
