@Yuriy Panchelyuga I’m looking to eventually begin using the BRRRR strategy in eastern Mass, but I’m getting my feet wet in southeastern NH first!

I was also only familiar with south buffalo and the eastern suburbs, so West Buffalo was an area I wasn’t comfortable venturing into yet.

@Albert Gutierrez In terms of my rentals, we’ve reduced prices slightly in order to secure qualified tenants in some cases, but so far traffic has been pretty good, and I’ve leases 4 places since March.The only place I’m really hurting is with a condo I’m renting out in the Eastern Columbia building.

Eastern Shore of md is a good area.

@Rohan Gangar I'm not as familiar with DFW as I am with central and eastern TX so I can't say with much confidence what is achievable up there. 1% can sometimes be a reasonable target in TX, but it doesn't create as much cash flow as it does in other areas due to property tax.

I'm originally from Eastern NC, I went to school in Raleigh, NC, and now I live in Greensboro, NC - a few miles east of Winston-Salem.I love connecting with other investors in the area.
