we just see so many threads on BP from OOS investors trying to do everything from Internet and it can easily turn into a disaster.i also see that you're trying to borrow as much as possible... which just puts a lot of pressure on your return because it makes the project more expensive.maybe you're set up for success but i just figured i'd ask.

As far as setting up a place for you to live, if you don't find the vibe in Reno you could look at Carson City so you can easily still work on your properties in Reno and sleep in your own bed plus you are close to all of the outdoor activities at Lake Tahoe.

These cities can easily have more restrictive landlord policies than a red area in a blue state (like Colorado Springs for example, probably less restrictive than any of these cities).
