I'd put in a nicer kitchen with drawers, rather than shelves for the lower cupboards, and probably install in-floor solar hot water heat and hot water system, and have tile installed.It's a small 3/2 1100 sq'.

In my area (DC, Maryland), we have tax liens, so I guess that's why I mentioned them as opposed to tax deeds, whihc I beleive are the instrument in Delaware.

My question: is there any advantage to starting this new LLC in Nevada or Delaware even though we probably are not going to purchase a property in either of these states?
