I have several contacts in new home construction, architecture, land developers and community organizers who help me locate buyers and sellers.

Broadstreet Private Equity.They have several offerings including an infrastructure fund where they develop subdivisions for major national home builders in the Carolinas and Georgia.They also have started a store n lock fund in partnership with Public Storage , a cryto mining fund and I think a restaurant fund.I am primarily interested in the infrastructure and store n lock funds.Also, does anyone have any suggestions on back ground check services?

Having two people paying rent, but only one living in the house is not ideal unless both understand clearly they are liable. 

The goal is to determine whether the government accurately adjusts DoD Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) rates and to develop a predictive model to calculate possible future BAH rates for specific locations.We have pulled rental data from Zillow and historical BAH rates from the DoD.

I like the ideal of buying supplies instead of an upfront deposit; if the contractor skip town then at least you still have your supplies unless they stole them too.

The surrounding lots are developed and have houses, It is not a closed community but it looks like one.
