It's tricky every country has its own rules, regulations, eminent domain laws, corruption sometimes, different types of property taxes and becomes challenging even if your duel citizen.

Sooooo many paths to consider!

Too many in in 100+ year type storms this decade thus far in the country; Uri in Texas, Helene in SC. 

I searched and there are a lot of Epoc PM companies around the country, which leads me to believe it's a franchise.

Currently there are a ton of buyers pouring money into finding deals off market and it's tight any where in the country.

but if you're only doing this to help catalyze your investment path somehow... it's probably not going to help that much.the best way to build a network is just to spend time with other investors. 

I am out of the country but when I get back next week, I will reviewing all of my doc's and  I am hoping the two properties are separate and if I let Colusa go to auction or just foreclose on it, I will be able to keep my Texas property as it brings me a substantial cash flow every month.  

Depending on how this goes (and I will admit, I'm behind on it), this could set a precedent for the country. 

We are following a similar path as you- flexibility and taking it day by day.
