In bold green letters under the features/pricing section for renters, it reads "free ACH transfers" so the choice to pay the fee is the tenant's.

It can be a bit discouraging if only banking on the low supply and high prices of the MLS market, but if you're bold enough to work the other property finding methods that BP teaches you, I'm sure you'll find those "diamonds in the rough" that others seem to be finding.

I assumed the defendant had exercised her right to a jury as kind of hail Mary, but about fell over when I heard the document was entitled in bold type, big as Dallas "Lease Purchase."
