Replacing batteries on your system, and whatever other maintenance the system may require - extra expense.I would consider hold time as well… is it worth the up front cost if you decide to sell the property in 5 years or the next up market turn?  

I'm thinking about regular maintenance (smoke detector batteries, furnace filters, etc.) as well as the urgent calls that could happen.  

Panasonic is creating a battery plant, Meta and Google are building data centers, with the potential of a Meta campus in the near future, our airport just completed a large remodel a few months ago.

How often would someone be onsite to change batteries?
