One of the most valuable things you can have is someone (with no vested financial interest) trying to poke holes in your theories, assertions, plans, etc.  

But, I don't see a reasonable argument to support any of your assertions. 

Its called correcting baseless claims and assertions... and usually you can almost guess the usual suspects...if I tell you that someone saying on here that their mother's income (actual claim), represents the wages in LA or that the majority of LA residents make $100,000 or more, or that LA makes what they think their 'buddy' makes...

This said, we’ve only been doing MTRs since Dec 2020, and thus we’d not assert that these are tried and true over a long time period.

She might charge you for doing so but to decline to do so is mystifying.You may need to retain new counsel to assert your claims against anyone who might have liability but as John wrote, the cost may out weigh the possible benefit.
