It's a shame, because I feel that BP has a lot to offer and could be so much better if posts were untainted by the shameless plugs. 

I suggest if someone is going to spend $39k, just get a college degree, it will be far more useful when you find out that 39k is a sham.

Talk to your provider so you don’t create a sham 401k.  

And don't be ashamed of moving to your target market and renting for a little bit at the beginning while you get to know the exact neighborhoods, get a feel for what's on the market and build your team.
