@John Warren The home is just outside of an Air Force Base in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

We are an Air Force family, so we did get moved around.  

For example, the deal we are working on right now we are replacing nearly everything (flooring, Air Conditioner, Electrical, Plumbing, windows, drywall, kitchen cabinets, full bathroom & the room has 20 years left). 

I do not have any specific plans as of yet since a lot of things are up in the air.

Water could be heard moving through the heating pipes as well, which is symptomatic of air in the system and a possible failure of devices on the boiler meant to purge air, 2.

What I equate completely renovated to is they replaced all plumbing, electrical, heating and air, water heater, new roof, new siding,etc.

Air might have lower fees to the end user but I just don't get many bookings from them unfortunately.
