As much as I don't agree with how well he's admired, even Buffet will admit diversification is nonsense.

People that are willing to live in this asset class are on the struggle bus and most of them will be on the struggle bus forever; I really admired the ability of some of tenants to remain optimistic in truly difficult situations.

Make sure you carry out a comprehensive feasibility assessment and get advice from regional authorities in these fields.It is admirable that you are actively preparing for retirement and looking for other sources of income.

However, while I was succumbing to shiny object syndrome (admiring the fancy new kitchen, new hardware, and beautifully tiled bathrooms), my agent was crawling around in the basement crawlspaces, collecting cobwebs, and looking at the plumbing.

Window companies make a lot of money, which is admirable, but not out of my pocket. ;-)
