Start looking into 1031 exchanges and good entry points. 30A has adjusted and so has PCB.

Like Adam Adams my business needed a lot of adjustment outside of the class and I have found my own space as well.

Credit was too easy to get and adjustable rate mortgages which adjusted higher than the mortgage holders could afford, caused people to start defaulting on their mortgages.
