Strong jobs reports had a larger effect on the 10 year treasury, followed by strong retail sales numbers, followed by EU inflation numbers, then followed by election results but honestly election results only affected rates for a couple of days.Lots of pressure on treasuries from the level of debt the US is carrying, but remember the Fed is also still doing quantitative tightening (while cutting rates) which is additional upward pressure on rates.

I got a very good price on the building (about $25k per door), but it was a ton of work as in addition to tenant issues, there was TONS of physical distress (foundation repairs, sewer line and water line repairs, electrical upgrades, new roof, and apartment renovations needed for all units).

The ones I manage total to 20 bedrooms.These rooms rent for between $125 to $225 per week depending on room size and amenities in the room (beyond basic amenities may include: Desk, Tv, private entry, tenant controlled AC, additional storage).This month after padsplit takes their 14.25% cut of the revenue I am recieving, from the units I own, $15,230 from 3 homes.

The longer the maturity rate of the bond, the higher the yield is to compensate an investor for the additional risk they are taking on with a longer dated bond.Stocks that pay divideneds....insurance companies have a lower yield than telecom stocks as a reflection that telecoms are higher risk than insurance companies.In the efficient market hypothesis, if markets are efficient then the yields should be reflective of the risk.
