Mind you, I had completed appraisals, credit pulls, and all other tasks that they required.

Be mindful of this, and make sure you ask all the proper questions before you jump ship. 

Definitely something I should be keeping in mind if we ever look at another property!

Also keep in mind, terms other than price will play a role in getting you offer accepted too.

It would certainly help to dispel all of the very real concerns we all have right now and potentially ease some minds for both current and future.

Keep that in mind:)Regarding partnering, have tried it several times and most times it ends with a split.So, if you go forward with partnership, recommend making sure you both agree in writing, on how a split would work.Otherwise, you an both share everything you leanr and help each other out monetarily as needed.
