It’s my first deal so I was kind of worried about it, but I feel more confident now about how to move forward with this property, as well as any future properties.

Lake side homes are more desirable for short term rentals in this area but not impossible to accomplish.

Some of you may find this information helpful if you have assets that you want to protect from creditors and liabilities.
