I know that is frustrating, but you can't force that horse to drink as the old saying goes.My thought take a look at https://kwnextgen.org/ see if they would have any interest in that...or find some kind of meetup groups that has people their age in it or take them to a conference and see if anything sticks.

I would also suggest forcing appreciation to reduce market speculation (property improvements, adding bedrooms, finding ways to increase rent, buying at a discount, etc).Good luck!
