I guess a touch up paint will resolve it.Someone with a good income and credit score can still be messy and clumsy and cause excess wear and tear.I personally do not accept checks by mail.

Account Closed you're  right, a lot of the 2-3 unit buildings especially just get minor paint and carpet touch-ups, as many investors try to do the bare minimum just to get by without any major repairs.

Understood, but your base moldings can be painted prior to install and then touched up after install, plus, having the main portion of the paint done first and then paint touch ups later makes the paint job much easier.
