I can point to old posts in a couple forums where people claimed Kiyosaki's predictions on real estate were wrong (both up and down), where his predictions on gold and silver were claimed to be wrong, where his predictions on commodities were claimed to be wrong, etc.....

I expected a lot more diversification, with me being the sole 100% real estate.I have other assets that could be sold and still not make a % of my net: antiques, silver, art, jewelry, show dogs--none of it purchased for investment but still most of it could be cashed out for more than I paid for it.I do real estate because I both enjoy it and know it.

So, I really want to know what you would do and why.   More food, barter items, gold, silver, titanium, F&C real estate, mortgaged to the hilt RE, options, stocks, mutual funds, land, movies, HML lending, transactional funding, JV's or others.   I'd love to know your thoughts and back them up with why.
