This is the only property I own in Colorado and am curious what advantages I will have by putting it in an LLC outside of limiting my liability.

I'm curious why you think that a Mid term rental is a good investing strategy?

I have heard of a lot of investors using bird dogs, so I was just curious to how it allworks if the investor is a licensee.

I want to increase my personal income to help fund a second rental, but my career limits me mainly to remote jobs and gigs.I’m curious if there are any other investors out there that started with a similar skill set to mine, and what other skills they developed to help increase their W2 income and to help build their real estate knowledge and experience? 

I’m told mixed fund types is ok but I’m curious if my arms-length restrictions on DIY work are imposed on the other investors by proxy.

Any advice, suggestions or golden nuggets are appreciated I’m 18 but I’m serious about this and I am willing to talk to anyone curious about this information!
