Hi Jeff, as everyone has mentioned, I would suggest house-hacking a 2-4 unit if you have the means.

Financing can also vary depending on whether it’s 2-4 units or 5+ units so keep that in mind as well.Having a strong team and lender familiar with multifamily deals is crucial.

The seller is also claiming that the 2nd unit tenants have vacated as that was part of the agreement and he will lose money.
