You mentioned in this post that you don't have time/money to do the  quantities others are doing. 

If you find a sublet-friendly co-op and it requires an "All-Cash buyer", there could be a good reason.The points you mentioned regarding co-ops are valid but do not apply to all co-op boards across this market.

If you're looking to transact faster than that, then your only option will be private Buyers.Another alternative, other than the ideas mentioned above, might be to sell part of the land into permanent conservation.

Hey @Steve Johnson, I found your website but it does not explicitly mention HVAC and I actually was about to ask on the forum if anyone had a recommendation for a furnace repair job... not a big job, one unit in a duplex not working properly.

Someone else just mentioned him in another post that says he is mysterious and UTR.

So as you mentioned the information the credit card company's asked you for, maybe this would work for me in that regard.
