Begin by networking with local real estate investors, attending industry meetings, and possibly joining real estate investment clubs.

Just by joining BP, you're already making tremendous progress-- lot's of great ideas and people to network with.

If you want to expedite your real estate journey, I would highly recommend joining masterminds that can push you to the best you can be!

I have had countless friends join the business, get their license, and struggle to even find 1 client to sell a home to in 3 years!

I've looked at on-market deals daily, joined all the Facebook groups where they post "off" market deals (wholesalers, etc) and have spoken with many realtors. 

Soon, these too will be mass produced and they will join the "grays" and another style will be "IN-Vogue".

They allow you to attend two meetings before joining as a paid member.
