@Josiah Collins -- shouldn't be something that should get you turned down, but as @Kent Nielson indicated above, it's hard to say without seeing your tax returns, etc. 

I love Des Moines, Fort Collins, and Cincinnati for that.

@John Collins it's not "on you for trying that route" because they aren't the scammers are stealing their listing from elsewhere and posting it on craigslist.
