You can also use "John and Jane Doe" and I think you add numbers 1-13 or something like that, to cover anyone living in the unit who's not on the lease you want to evict.Why do you want to evict them?

If not, you mail and post a 3 day notice to pay or quit (or however they're done in CO) on the door and list the tenant and also put "and any other occupants" or "Jane and John Does 1-10" - however the court wants it in CO.

You need to also write them on the eviction notice.On the eviction, you write the original tenant's name and John and Jane Does 1-10 (ask your court clerk how it's done where you are).And you let the outgoing tenant know that if the other roommate stays behind, that they're both getting listed on the eviction, even if the first one is already gone.
