I live in San Diego so am unfamiliar with the laws there.Do you have a good realtor who is experienced in the STR market?

I'm born and raised in San Francisco and started my investing journey buying out of state in Columbus, OH and have been pretty happy with my decision.

If I can't manage remotely my next plan was to hire a PM company to handle things.So far when doing my research it sounds like you can own a STR in San Diego in their "Tier 3" category.

I'm a Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, and Investor in San Diego.

I am currently a RE Broker in San Diego California and it's impossible to get rentals that cash flow great with such a small investment.

Currently living with my girlfriend/no kids in San Diego.

Last year I pushed the button and bought a house in San Diego which I've been using as a short-term rental and it's been doing pretty well.

I am looking to connect with any RAl operators in San Antonio.

I met some other MTR tenants near me...one from Germany doing a 3 month training for his company, and another who was just "testing" out living in LA as opposed to their hometown in San Diego.
