It's hard to give an answer without knowing your tenants, how many of them there are, what amenities are in the area, and more.If you had 10+ tiny apartments, a game room or fitness area may be attractive.

I was analyzing a four plex and realized there are beautiful apartment complexes being built nearby.

I am sure that Scott is aware that he should do lots of research before buying an MTR, but if a part of that research can't be posting a potential deal to the forums and getting community input/guidance on how to think about it, what is the BP forum even for?

I own a small apartment community, and I've had no issues with section 8 over the past eight years (a few of the units have section 8).

We converted an existing shed to a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and now rent out the bigger house for great cash flow.

I'm looking at a mixed-use property (cafe on bottom floor, 2 apartments above) with an asking price of ~850k. 

Two store fronts and two apartments. 

An applicant told me that my photo's for one of my apartments looked worse than the apartment actually looks.

Basically put together a list of comparable apartments that are currently available for rent.
