So it's now like I don't recognize the potential of equity in real estate... but I'm just not a huge fan of equity plays for beginners - especially in today's "up" market where both mortgage rates and housing prices are way higher than in the past.  

You’re right; inventory can fluctuate frequently, and finding the right property can indeed be challenging, especially in a transitional market.I'll definitely consider this approach to give myself more time to find the ideal replacement property.

As someone who is a frequent guest at STR's I don't think that would speak to me much, but I think its a great way to think outside of the box.

Sometimes they can be repaired easily, such as a fan or relay gone bad.

We hung one of these on the tree next to the area she frequents and she completely stopped barking at the neighbor dogs. 

I am a big fan of unmanned facilities. 

I am not fan of the stock market since it’s so volatile but land and real estate is a sure thing long term.

Opening all the doors and windows to draw the dust outside with fans blowing towards the exits as well is good practice.
