Being a house hack, sometimes you end up spending money that is not necessarily value, but is a decoration or something to make it feel more like home for you.

I've only been in the group a few weeks and have already seen a return on my investment.Rather than just Googling and calling people, I figured the folks here may have people they have worked with that are trustworthy and looking to grow.Specifically I'm looking for local contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, investors, interior decorators, printing businesses, restaurant owners, graphic designers, or digital marketers.Does anyone know anybody local and solid that falls under one of these categories?

Every day, I am going to the store (Home Depot, Lowe's, Floor&Decor, etc.) to buy things, return things, look at things, etc.

We used NuCore from Floor and Décor. 

I'm trying to get a business off the ground to set up vacation rental properties (anything from sourcing furniture and decor, to policy/guidebook creation).

Aside from some unusual decorating choices, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home does include some special features, like an enormous master closet that could probably fit the entire wardrobe of Rod Stewart!

Occasionally, you will hear reports of petty thefts such as one my tenant's outdoor Christmas decorations was stolen while at work.   

Only if you decorate it like Hugh Hefners mansion.
