The next big real estate crash will likely be worse than the 2008 crash when Europe, Japan and China come tumbling down. 

@Joel Wilmoth  there is no question if Morris did not have an ownership interest in what he was pitching then he was acting as a real estate broker/agent.. and licensure is required its required in all 50 states.. other wise why even have a real estate license at all.. any one could do anything they want like China... this is WAY to high profile to not have the correct licensure.. so it may be vested some where.but if you look at the Marquis guys..

The thing is, we live in a capitalist world and not communist China.

Even SF  probably not like it was when I worked in SF in the 70's and 80's there was public housing in many areas , Of course not to the extent of Singapore.. you had public housing in most neighborhoods from McClaren park over through Hunters point ,, then up on Potrero hill some of the buildings were also over by China town. etc. 

This mistake probably reflects my anticipation of rising interest rates (although I believe it will be gradual)  when the Feds decide to begin raising the Fed Funds Rate.Given last week's news about China devaluing their currency and Wall Street's loss last week, it will be interesting to hear what the comes out of the September 16-17 meeting.
