If you are still very prone to analysis paralysis, turnkey might be the better first choice as a BRRRR is likely to present you with more challenges and decisions to make.I don't know you well enough to know which will be best suited for you.If you have a good team you can rely on for the BRRRR, that will always get my vote.

A PM would have the simple defense of "no one wanted to book".Unfortunately, I am probably minimizing the challenges faced by the STR PM as I am not in that space.

I'm aware of the challenges and I am welcoming to them in exchange for the experience of helping sellers solve whatever problem that they might have.

I think this is a more challenging question than it seems.
