Hi guys,I have inherited this crazy tenant, he seemed nice in the beginning but things seem to be getting weird with him.Lets call him "crazy Joe"Crazy Joe texted me that he is going to  "put into a hospital another tenant (lets call her Suzie the neighbor)", and he thinks he should start getting violent with her , he also texted me that ALL tenants from the building (not just  Suzie the neighbor)  will be out of the building...Crazy Joe says that Suzie the neighbor attacked his wife, but when I called police they refused to  give me any info...
