Taking the first few months to adjust and get a strong handle on what your monthly expenses will be, then utilizing a budgeting tool like mint.com or ynab.com will save you a ton of anxiety down the line.

Paul that means a lot to someone starting out; the first day on the job was always anxiety provoking; now as a multifamily / income property investor; I never knew a community web site like Bigger Pockets even existed, I have always been a sole proprietorship and basically "winging" it but now feedback from fellow investors is a real social media / community member's portal.

Stocks have rallied even more to S&P 931 and could possibly make a run at 1,000- 1,100 if "performance anxiety" sets in among those portfolio managers that are afraid to miss the rally.

They are going to need to do another large secondary offering soon...new versions of the super charger will be able to give full charge in 15 minutes.. cant really gas up much quicker than that.In flying we have whats called get there itis  now this kills many many small plane owners and pilots.. in the EV we have range Anxiety ..
