I don't like writing on the contract.

I actually make my own greens smoothy / drink often but when I am on a writing heater and don’t want to pause, I grab some AG1.

I am writing this post to see if anyone would be interested in being a hands off partners in the deal.

I am hoping that one integrated system can handle both functions.

So, you would want to get something in writing from a lender, to avoid having your loan Note called due for a violation. 

If you can work with them on it, write in your agreement/contract about the equity you get in the property with rights to sell your portion whenever you want.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

Also, most rentals are more about function than form.

Many Martis buyers are interested in form over function and the builds can reflect that, with more $ spent on adding square footage and finishes than the details that aren't seen (insulation, ventilation, water management, etc).
