The work-around was by having the project be web-based, you as the landlord could text the other parties from the same webpage, where the text would open to the videochat. 

It's also less work than running a good web page.

Also - just realized who the stellar op was ;) - let me know what type of design you're looking for and I might be able to put you in touch with the right person.I just hired a guy who is doing some webpage design templates for me, and another guy who did some phenomenal logo-style images!

The auction site webpage says there is a deposit required to be allowed to bid, but does not say a "non refundable" deposit.  

etc... in the body of the post I alway include simple HTML coding that triggers certains words to become hyperlinks, I always include the actual website address, sometimes screen shots of the web page that look like you could actually fill it out the the CL post but it is only a picture and once you click on it it will route you to the website.I think the biggest reason it works is because every single post has a set of Keywords/Tags that. make these post appear no matter what you search.To be successful you truly should study and have a good understanding of marketing.

For the squeeze page you need a Google Adwords account and to have ads and key words set up to drive traffic to your web page.  

Looking at the web page, it looks like some 3rd party independent research that was done, maybe even some contributions were made.

@Joel Bowen I was just on the Equifax web page doing some research and things like credit karma and annual credit report are considered different types of inquries that do not hurt your score.
