Submettering is an very viable option($$ knob and tube(1961 construction) ) and there is 1 water heater per building(3 building=14 units)(individual AC units).

The water activities are specatular. 

The jacuzzi itself isn't being touched and the only plumbing is adding the water line up to the new shower head.

If it was municipal water, I would bill the tenant back because the cost would be variable based on usage.

At our second house, after we left Schultz was trying to charge us because we acted to  shut off the water so that their leaking pipes and leaking washer hookup didn’t flood the house.

Everything in the home will get double usage, especially the appliances.....Also make sure your liability insurance knows that they are now responsible for insuring 6 people.This just sounds like a bad idea to me....

The rain refresh has the new technology feature where water and dirt sort of just fall off of it, making it self cleaning for the most part.
