We're almost done with our rehab on one of our houses and we decided to keep the existing tubs because the area doesn't warrant a complete redo of the baths.The tubs are a little dark from years of use and we want to brighten them up.Anyway, we found the epoxy kit Home Depot sells and we don't want to do it ourselves.

So, my point from before was simply I could see the benefits of just going with Excel/ledger based to start and then when the revenue and hopefully profits warrant that larger program, make the jump.Thank you for your input!

Typically you won't make a 20% spread on a REO deal because chances are you aren't able to buy it deep enough to warrant a spread that exceeds the 20% limit so I don't really view this as a huge challenge.

Getting the furnace cleaned is expensed as it's a minor amount and while it may improve the life, it does not warrant saying that it extends the life by a period of time.I'm sure Steve will be here, I'll stop. :)

Since we now have Provincial sub-forums on BP, I am going to suggest we collapse them as follows:- Atlantic Canada- Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia My argument for the collapse is there are not enough active BP members in the Maritime/Atlantic Provinces, Prairies and, certainly not, the Territories to warrant individual provincial/territorial forums.
